The minor axis of the ellipse is 9.1" with a major axis very close to 13". The blank is 1.8" deep.

This 9" ellipse is 1.8" deep.

The first article for this design was engineered and cast within five weeks of the initial order. Depending on existing orders additional units around this size range can be produced in as little as 15 days. An additional unit is currently available for purchase.

One of these ellipses will be used with Dream's 28.5" (physical OD) engineered cellular primary for a f3.3 astrograph using a 4" corrector and large CCD chip.
